Well, let me provide honest review. The hotel staffs are wonderful and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast is fine. Rooms are not to large but here you have to consider the price of hotel in a tourist place like Istanbul. Be prepared to carry toiletries as they don’t provide those. Location is not good. Overall satisfactory value for money ..

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Dencity Hotel in Istanbul, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay truly memorable. I want to give a special shout-out to Ercan, Omer, Memet, and Muhammad for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. In addition to the fantastic staff, the manager of the hotel Mr. Mustangs was a standout. Their kindness and helpfulness truly made a difference in my stay. They were always available to answer any questions or address any concerns, making sure that everything was taken care of efficiently. Another aspect that impressed me was the reception team's language skills. They were able to communicate fluently in multiple languages, which made the check-in and check-out process seamless and convenient. Overall, the Density Hotel in Istanbul exceeded my expectations in terms of service and staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Istanbul.

The area where it is situated is mizerable, surrounded by ruins houses, ateliers for cars and bikes... far away from touristic attractions . They have a spa , which I've tried, but I was disappointed again, they offered basic procedures ! ....but the receptionists were friendly and helpful with information and advice .

Standard Room Feedback: 1. The room had less lights. Toilet handle was broken. Toiletries were missing from the bathroom. 2. The staff did not cooperate with AC issue we were facing despite intimated multiple times. 3. Location was bad and far from Taksim square. Taxi drivers will either not go or charge heavy. 4. Overall expensive in terms of value for money.

We reserved the hotel for 6 nights but unfortunately it was horrible and ended in just 2 nights due to the misbehaviour/ shouting and pulling hand our autistic child who was just playing in the lobby . Upon complain we were surprised that he was none other than but Boss of the Hotel. He was shouting on our autistic kid like brainless men in Turkish language. We had to leave the hotel after this incident without even refund of our 5 nights. Never experienced such bad behaviour in my travel journey.

Many who mentioned reception, but in the beginning of 2022, everything was good. They helped us with the taxi and guided us with places to visit. Nice and polite staff. The hotel is simple but clean and has a good location to reach all tourist destinations
